You dont always get what you want ...
 

Last week I was with a new trainee in reception when the receptionist complained that her printer wasn’t working. The trainee fiddled around with it and discovered a pen was stuck inside. He started to try to remove the pen, but I said "We don’t have time for that, just put a note on the printer telling folks not to use it and then report it to the Help Desk."

So he grabbed a piece of paper and started writing on it. I left before he finished the note. About 20 minutes later, one of my techs comes in and says he was just in reception, saw a piece of paper on a printer, and went to investigate. This is what he found.
